What I Am Wearing Hurricane Sandy Edition: Return to Oz

Mitzi & I decided not to let Hurricane Sandy get us down so we dressed up in our Wizard of Oz costumes. Bring on the storm! We are ready to Return to Oz! (Homespun hair bows, blue Dorothy dress by  Nefertara for the Church of Vanity, vintage green earrings that I painted on, & i decorated my Ruby slippers.)
